Aiken, S.C. (January 16, 2025) – Rural Health Services is pleased to welcome Dr. Tara Hook, MD, a board-certified Family Medicine Physician, to our team. Dr. Hook will be providing care at the Margaret J. Weston Community Health Center in Beech Island, SC, bringing 12 years of experience and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
Dr. Hook earned her medical degree from Meharry Medical College and has dedicated her career to promoting health and wellness for individuals and families. Her expertise in family medicine and her personalized approach to care make her an exceptional addition to our team.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Hook values self-care and enjoys exercising and weightlifting. She believes in the importance of maintaining a healthy balance in life and is passionate about helping her patients do the same.
