CareSouth Carolina Hosts Community Health Fair in Hartsville

Hartsville, SC – CareSouth Carolina hosted a Community Health Fair that took place on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at the Butler Heritage Gymnasium, located at 1103 S. 6th Street, Hartsville, SC.

This free event connected the community with valuable health resources, screenings, family support services, and giveaways in a fun and welcoming environment.
Joe Bittle, Chief of Community Health at CareSouth Carolina, emphasized the organization’s dedication to improving local healthcare accessibility and awareness.

"At CareSouth Carolina, we believe that good health starts with education and access,” Bittle said. “Our Community Health Fair is a way for us to give back to the people we serve, offering essential health screenings, resources, and support—all in a welcoming and engaging setting. We’re excited to connect with the community and make a positive impact."

CareSouth Carolina has hosted numerous community health fairs across the Pee Dee region with an emphasis on making the community aware of the health resources and support services that are available to them.
